Master Roshi Role

Masuoka assumed the iconic voice of Master Roshi, the wise martial arts master and protagonist's grandfather figure, following original voice actor Kōhei Miyauchi's passing. He voiced the character in Dragon Ball Z episodes 288 through 291 and continued the role throughout Dragon Ball GT's entire run. This was a significant responsibility, as Master Roshi's voice is fundamental to his character as storyteller, mentor, and comedic relief. Masuoka's tenure ensured continuity for fans following the final Dragon Ball Z episodes through the entirety of GT.
