Torrential Downpour Warning

A 1988 flashback shows DIO telling Pucci he had found a way to reach heaven without dying, recording the method in a notebook that Jotaro later burned after killing him. Pucci intends to recover those instructions by reading Jotaro's memory disc. In the present, he lets Jolyne head to the courtyard to avoid exposing Whitesnake, but a guard under his control shoots her and she drops the disc.

Desperate to help, Weather makes it rain poison dart frogs, which kill the guard who shot her. Jolyne weaves a thread shelter against the falling frogs while Pucci dodges them as well. Once the downpour ends, Pucci orders Whitesnake to comb the courtyard for Jotaro's Stand disc and Jolyne's body. When the Stand locates it, Jolyne snags the disc with her threads and passes it to Savage Garden, a Speedwagon Foundation carrier pigeon. Pucci pulls Whitesnake back to keep Jolyne from identifying its user. In a post-credits scene, Whitesnake approaches Sports Maxx and asks him to test his abilities on a bone taken from DIO's body.

A flashback establishes DIO's notebook on reaching heaven and Pucci's plan to read Jotaro's memory disc. Weather Report rains poison dart frogs to protect Jolyne and kill the guard who shot her. Jolyne secures Jotaro's Stand disc and entrusts it to the pigeon Savage Garden. Whitesnake later asks Sports Maxx to test Limp Bizkit on a bone from DIO.

The twelfth Stone Ocean episode and 164th overall, it adapts chapters 641 through 644. It uses the STONE OCEAN opening and Distant Dreamer ending. The post-credits meeting with Sports Maxx and DIO's Bone sets up the next stretch of the prison conflict.
