Toji finishes Dagon off, yet relief never comes for the sorcerers. Megumi is dragged away, the rest are set ablaze by a grieving Jogo, and across Shibuya a fresh scheme moves to wake Sukuna inside Yuji's body.
Toji exorcises Dagon without difficulty, but the sorcerers' troubles only deepen. Megumi is hauled off from the group, and the others are caught in the flames of a vengeful Jogo. Before the curse can finish them, he senses Sukuna stirring nearby and breaks away to chase it.
Toji rams the sharpened Playful Cloud through Dagon's head and eye, then splits the chained staff into two halves and uses both ends to obliterate the curse, collapsing the domain. Maki is shocked the lone fighter exorcised so powerful a spirit alone, and Nanami, while grateful, worries that no one knows whose side Toji is on. Still acting on instinct, Toji bursts through a corridor window to drag the exhausted Megumi out onto the street, where the boy reflects that this speed surpasses even Sukuna's from their earlier fight.
Jogo then arrives to mourn Dagon, gathering his ashes and bidding farewell. He turns on the injured sorcerers, laying a palm on Nanami and blasting him with cursed flames, then setting Maki alight, counting his victims as he goes. Naobito blurs behind him to interrupt, and the narration details his Projection Sorcery: it carves a second into twenty-four frames using his field of view, lets him trace a fixed sequence of movements within them, and freezes anyone he touches who breaks the twenty-four frames per second rule for one second. The set path cannot be altered once begun and cannot wildly defy physics. Naobito was reputed the fastest sorcerer save Gojo, though that was when he still had both arms. Jogo opens two volcanic vents behind him and badly burns him with crossing heat. Sukuna's surging presence then chills Jogo and pulls him away. Elsewhere, Nanako and Mimiko find Yuji's unconscious body, force-feed him a Sukuna finger, and flee when Jogo arrives. Seeing Sukuna's marks on Yuji's face, Jogo recalls Kenjaku's warning that ten fingers fed at once could briefly cost Yuji control, and produces a scroll of ten fingers to wake the King of Curses.
Set within the Shibuya Incident arc at and around Shibuya Station, this chapter concludes Toji's battle with Dagon. It features Playful Cloud, Jogo's Disaster Flames, Naobito's Projection Sorcery, Nanako's unnamed innate technique, and eleven of Sukuna's Fingers. The events were adapted in the anime.
