Ginji Kurau

Scruffy white hair sits over gold eyes and an expression built to intimidate, on a young adult body that is heavily built. His teeth come to fangs rather than anything ordinary, and his Quirk puts a large mouth lined with serrated teeth right across his stomach.

Overmodification changes him in stages. The first pass grows him slightly and pushes mouth-like appendages out of his shoulders. A second, unintentional dose darkens and reddens the skin, warps the stomach mouth into something far more monstrous, and adds still more appendages at the shoulders. After Dark Might landed a decisive blow, most of that reverted, leaving him with shattered teeth in his ordinary mouth and a faint dark pattern lingering across the chest.

Chaos for its own sake is the whole of his interest. Handed modified power, his first instinct was to go wreck things. Loyalty means nothing to him; whoever benefits him gets his cooperation until the moment betrayal pays better, which is exactly how both the Gollini Family and Anna found out where they stood.

Civilian lives register even less. He plowed through an occupied building to shake off Dark Might without a thought for the people about to be buried in the debris. When Dark Might finally caught up, the All Might imposter enraged him enough that he charged in with his modified Quirk, and he was swatted down in short order as payback for turning on the family.

Before prison he was a rampaging menace tearing through communities until Best Jeanist finally beat and arrested him, sending him to Tartarus for his crimes. He was still being sentenced when Tomura Shigaraki, piloted by All For One, broke into the facility and laid waste to it along with other maximum-security prisons. Ginji slipped out among the escapees.

On the run he allied with the Gollini Family, and it emerged that he was among the rare few compatible with Anna Scervino's Overmodification, a Quirk that reworks and massively amplifies other Quirks. Desperate, Anna struck a bargain with him: she would upgrade Mad Gluttony, and he would break her out of the family's custody. He blindsided Paulo Gollini and got them both clear, then immediately broke his word, laughing that he had outsmarted the Gollinis and taken the girl, and that with her beside him nothing could stop him. Anna accused him of lying; he smugly told her she must have misheard.

Class 1-A was dispatched once his rampage started. A U.A. team cut across his route, forcing him to divert through a building, and Tailman realized he was heading for an evacuation shelter full of civilians. Deku raced ahead and noticed the villain no longer matched his profile. Thrown debris failed to stop him, but touching Anna sent Deku collapsing in pain, incompatible with her Quirk, and Ginji fled with her still in hand. Inside the shelter he shrugged off gunfire from evacuees and tore the place up; Blackwhip caught him as he reached for a hostage, and another dose from Anna sprouted black mouths across his whole body.

Outside, a sniper round from Giulio Gandini, who was hunting Anna to keep a promise he had made her, clipped his arm and made him drop her. Giulio fired on Anna, only for a bubble to slow the bullet, Bruno Gollini having stepped in with Delay Spot. Ginji tried to grab her back and slowed to a crawl inside the field himself. Bruno withdrew with Anna while more of Giulio's shots landed on Ginji, and Deku's group arrived just as the Gollini flying boat descended and the masked boss revealed a face like All Might's. Knowing retribution was coming, Ginji bolted in the confusion, wrecking buildings and highway supports to force Class 1-A into rescues instead of pursuit. He got clear, still bitter about losing the girl, before Dark Might dropped in front of him, said he had suspected the compatibility but not the betrayal, and flattened him with a giant glowing fist of Alchemy. He landed against a bridge beside Deku, reverted to normal, and was arrested.

Mad Gluttony itself lets him devour objects through the giant stomach mouth, and once Overmodification takes hold, fresh mouths can erupt across any part of him.
