His face is the unsettling part: purple skin drawn out into a pointed muzzle, small green eyes sunk back into their sockets, jagged fin-shaped ears angling upward, and no mouth visible at all.

He dresses like the mafioso he is. A black suit sits under a leather tailcoat, paired with white gloves, a purple tie, black trousers, and brown derby shoes. His fedora has holes cut for the ears to pass through. As with the rest of the family, he carries a rose, his pinned to the tailcoat.

Duty and caution define him, at least while things go his way. He hunts for threats before they mature, and when word reaches him of an assailant hunting Anna Scervino he asks his boss for the assignment personally, eager to erase the black mark of having let Ginji Kurau slip away with her.

Where the other Gollinis draw out their victims for sport, Paulo prefers to finish the job. He goes after Giulio Gandini the moment his Quirk is overmodified, with no interest in delay. Flanked by two henchmen he stays hard and self-assured, refusing to return Anna and informing Giulio that the family will use her Quirk however it pleases them. In a fight he keeps his head and coordinates with his allies to pin enemies down.

The nerve turns out to be shallow. Once Izuku Midoriya and Giulio put his men on the ground, he tries to run, and when his own boss catches him he collapses into sobbing, begging to live and promising he will never disappoint again. The pleading gets no response at all.

Erasure Spot generates a broad dome of energy that switches off every Quirk caught inside it. Paulo can also carve out a smaller bubble within that field where Quirks keep working, which lets him and his allies operate freely while their opponents are stripped down to nothing.

The scale changes entirely once Anna's Overmodification is applied to him. His range balloons far past its natural limit, reaching wide enough to blanket an entire mountain range. His listed fighting style is long-range support, and the Quirk is an Emitter type.
