Sensoji, billing himself as Mister Blaster, spent his U.A. days sneering at anyone whose Quirk he judged beneath his own, Shota Aizawa above all. His Blast Quirk hurls energy from his body at the price of blinding him. He later makes Pro Hero and captains Buster Union's Blaster Squad.
A heavy square jaw anchors Sensoji's face, paired with a pointed nose, sharp eyes, and no eyebrows at all. He is built large and thick, the muscle well defined across wide shoulders. His orange hair runs short with sideburns down the sides, lengthens slightly at the nape, and rises into a pointed pompadour. Adulthood adds a goatee.
He fights in a snug sleeveless tank, its chest panel set off in a second color by white dividing lines, over dark trousers with knee pads. Fingerless gloves with forearm guards complete it, and rings set into the palms mark where his Quirk exits; the same ring motif repeats as decoration on his shoulders, belt, and pads. Shades once shielded his eyes from his own light, and after those broke he switched to dark-lensed goggles.
Sensoji rates himself first and everyone else somewhere below, with particular contempt reserved for anyone whose Quirk strikes him as too weak to justify a hero career. Shota Aizawa fit that description in his eyes, which made Shota a target. Losing sits badly with him, and being beaten by Shota and Oboro Shirakumo was not something he could accept gracefully.
The arrogance runs into hypocrisy constantly. He treats his own notions as brilliant and takes offense when anyone arrives at the same one, calling it theft, while helping himself to ideas from others. The eyewear is the clearest case. He insisted the shades were his own solution for handling his Quirk when he had lifted the idea from Hizashi Yamada, then bristled at the sight of Shota wearing goggles for the identical reason and decided he was being imitated. He later adopted goggles himself and announced the switch as his own reasoning, on the grounds that they simply worked better. Hizashi called the theft what it was, and Sensoji would not concede it.
He is not incapable of grace. When someone handles a villain well he will say so out loud, even if that someone is a person he cannot stand. Authorial commentary frames him as a straightforwardly written high school jock, deliberately blunt in speech and outlook so that he cuts against the rest of the cast.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Blast lets Sensoji release forceful bursts of energy from his body, and it carries a built-in penalty: the discharge throws off a flash bright enough to blind him. Every piece of eyewear he has worn exists to answer that problem, first the shades and then the goggles, though pride cost him the first pair when he destroyed them after Shota wounded it.
His costume is engineered to route the Quirk through the rings in his gloves, so that his hands and legs become the firing points rather than some unspecified spot on his body, an arrangement mirroring how Yuga Aoyama's gear works in the main series. He passed through U.A.'s Class 2-B, graduated into Pro Hero work, and rose to Blaster Squad Captain within Buster Union.

Sensoji's Quirk, Blast, lets him release forceful bursts of energy from his body, though the discharge also blinds him with its own flash.
Sensoji looks down on Shota Aizawa's Quirk as too weak for a hero, and losing to Shota and Oboro Shirakumo in a fight leaves him unable to accept the defeat gracefully.
Sensoji rates his own abilities above everyone else's and shows particular contempt for Quirks he judges too weak for heroics, while hypocritically claiming credit for ideas he borrowed from others, such as his eyewear.
As an adult, Sensoji becomes a Pro Hero and rises to Blaster Squad Captain within the Buster Union team.
