Summary
Tomura Shigaraki is still mending after Star and Stripe, and Class 1-A spends the reprieve getting stronger for the Final War. Their training is real work: search and rescue runs through the wreckage of Japan, civilians pulled out, villains taken in.
On one such outing the students break to catch their breath, trading encouragement and grumbling about the villains they keep hauling off. The pause is a trap, or meant to be. A pack of rogues jumps them, after an armored hero transport, and the U.A. group had already seen it coming. They put the ambush down, and Deku wraps the lot in Blackwhip. Police take custody while All Might briefs the students on fresh villain sightings, and they break into three teams to chase the leads.
Two men appear elsewhere. One, masked, sits in a room papered with images of All Might and replays footage from the end of the Kamino Incident. The other, wearing an eyepatch, gazes at a photograph of a blonde woman. Deku borrows All Might's declaration from that footage and turns it outward, saying the future belongs to all of them. The masked man says the same words and means only himself.
