Charlotte Nusstorte

An oversized head dominates Nusstorte's bulky figure, making it look enormous beside the rest of him. Sunglasses rest above a thick mustache, and he dresses in a purple commodore jacket finished with epaulettes of gold and green. Crowning him is a tall indigo bicorne that doubles as a Homie, sporting a mustache to match his own; together, head and hat almost reach the height of everything below them. A brown pipe usually occupies one hand, while his sword rides across his back.

Joining his mother's plot to wipe out the Vinsmoke Family pegs him as deeply loyal to both crew and bloodline, and it lays bare a brutal nature untroubled by killing for the family's gain. Heading a ten-thousand-man assault on the Germa Kingdom further casts him as merciless, ready to demolish whoever stands in his mother's path.

He holds the rank of twelfth son and twenty-first child of the Charlotte clan, the senior of the triplets shared with Basskarte and Dosmarche, and he doubles as a crew officer and the transport minister governing Package Island. His standing as a major figure in an Emperor's fleet showed when he was trusted to march ten thousand troops against Germa's high-tech forces; both Mont-d'Or and Oven assumed he would carry off the cloning science, yet he proved too weak to overcome the Vinsmokes. A large cutlass is his usual weapon, and he toted a Walker through the castle siege. The anime gives his bicorne Homie the power to conjure a tornado and fire needles, his self-styled trump card called the Nusstorte Tokusei Tatsumaki Decoration.

Called into Mont-d'Or's briefing on the Sanji Retrieval Team, he afterward sat next to Dosmarche at the tea party and looked on as the wedding began, only to recoil when copies of Luffy spilled from the cake. He took part in the assault on Bege's Big Father Castle, firing upon the alliance until the Vinsmokes shielded them, and watched Katakuri block Caesar's getaway. After the Tamatebako detonation flattened the chateau, Streusen's cake conversion spared the crew. The pirates then split apart, and Nusstorte, Dosmarche, and Basskarte commanded a unit chasing the Vinsmokes back toward the Germa Kingdom. There the Vinsmokes overpowered them, and Niji gripped the unconscious Nusstorte by the throat to fake his voice and feed Mont-d'Or a false report of Germa's downfall. He and his brothers were hurled into the sea, and when the Germa fleet later surfaced off Cacao Island, every effort to raise him met silence as he floated senseless in the water.
