Jean Ango, nicknamed Jean the Bandit, works as a bounty hunter who entered the Corrida Colosseum to fight for the prized Mera Mera no Mi. Calling himself a sniper, he hurls stolen weapons at his foes, and had grown rich capturing convicts who escaped Impel Down alongside Luffy two years earlier.
Jean Ango is a tall, heavyset man with a large nose and small, narrow eyes. He wears a green mouth guard shaped like a cactus and a big sombrero trimmed in red and yellow with a cactus perched on top. For his colosseum bout he goes bare-chested, plating his right arm and looping a chain across his torso and shoulder, finished with a wide skirt and dark boots. When Chinjao headbutts him and knocks the hat away, his hair turns out to resemble a cactus as well, and his cracked face guard reveals a blocky jaw.
His distinctive laugh is a drawn-out Dededede. A habitual thief, he was almost grateful to Chinjao for handing him so many weapons to swipe, and he is sharp enough to suspect that the gladiator Lucy is really Luffy. Even so, his intense focus on his quarry left him oblivious to the fact that his thrown arms were striking Chinjao instead. He delights in hunting criminals to build his name, and his planned targets include several of Luffy's old jailbreak allies, Buggy among them despite Buggy's Warlord status. Unfamiliar with Haki, he could not grasp how Luffy kept dodging him, yet his will was strong enough to shrug off Chinjao's Supreme King Haki.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...
Rather than firearms, Ango fights as a thrower, stealing the arms of those he beats and flinging them back with great force and precision. He is surprisingly quick and stealthy for his bulk, robbing opponents in the middle of a fight, and his only personal weapon is a four-pronged metal claw worn on his right hand. His signature move, Gihaio, sends axes, swords, and sabers hurtling with enough power to punch through a wall; the English releases rename it Charitable Donation. Surviving the New World and capturing Impel Down escapees both speak to his capability, as does his resistance to a burst of Conqueror's Haki.
