Don Chinjao

While the Funk siblings tear through the field, an onlooker recalls the trick behind their strength. During Boo's earlier attack, Kelly turned himself into a coat that Bobby slipped on, pairing Kelly's aggressive spirit with Bobby's tough yet timid frame. Confronted by Sai, the brothers mock him, but he answers calmly that Boo simply neglected his training, then runs up their incoming punches like steps and brings a Hasshoken axe kick down on their skulls, flattening both as payback.

Some distance off, Chinjao bears down on Luffy, demanding compensation for the strength and youthful recollections Garp took from him. Luffy tells him to take it up with his grandfather instead, yet Chinjao refuses, insisting that even Garp's death would not settle the debt and that Luffy must lose someone precious. As Jean Ango flings knives, every blade Luffy slips past lands in Chinjao instead, and the furious old man headbutts the bounty hunter clean out of the arena.

At the arena's heart, Sai and Ideo stay deadlocked. Tired of dodging, Luffy accepts the duel, and he and Chinjao barrel forward, knocking the two duelists aside before colliding with Armament-clad fists. The impact releases a burst of Conqueror's Haki that topples everyone else, leaving the two of them as Block C's final contenders.

Kelly describes the Jake Jake no Mi, which lets him be worn like a jacket and commandeer any host, including beasts and monsters, drawing out their full power. Hardened by Hasshoken against sibling sentiment but bound by duty as the Happo Navy's head, Sai avenges Boo without mercy. Luffy rejects Chinjao's vendetta, while Jean Ango grins, his hunch about Lucy being the real Straw Hat captain now proven.

Using Observation Haki, Luffy evades the bounty hunter's knives, all of which strike Chinjao, allowing him to recover his helmet just before Chinjao knocks Jean out with a headbutt. Luffy and Chinjao then plow through Sai and Ideo and clash, their combined Haki ending the round and leaving only the two of them standing.

Kelly Funk is confirmed to have consumed the Jake Jake no Mi, which lets him be donned like a jacket and seize control of another body. Sai puts down both Funk brothers. Jean Ango is shown to be aware of the escaped Level 6 Impel Down convicts, having battled and beaten several. Luffy retrieves his helmet, and Chinjao knocks Jean Ango out. Luffy and Chinjao simultaneously defeat Sai and Ideo. Chinjao is depicted using Armament Haki, and the two become Block C's last fighters. This is the first instance of two Haki types being shown in use at the same moment.
