Saitank

Saitank is a brawny, square-jawed man crowned by a spiked, light green helmet. He wears a sleeveless fur coat fastened with a jeweled chain, metal shoulder plates, white gloves, and a belt. Below the waist his body merges into a large rhinoceros whose horn carries a metal brace and whose forehead bears a horned-skull tattoo. Mounted upon the rhino's back, set behind his upper body, sits a sizable chair labeled "SASAKI," which Sasaki treats as a throne while directing the Armored Division.

Saitank shows firm loyalty to the Beasts Pirates and feels no hesitation about firing on the child Kouzuki Momonosuke. The anime paints him as cold-hearted, joining the Armored Division's other members in laughter when Sasaki mocked the Kouzuki Family.

Throughout the Raid on Onigashima, the Armored Division under Sasaki hunted Kouzuki Momonosuke and Shinobu, with Saitank serving both as a fighter and as Sasaki's mount. Yamato intervened to protect Momonosuke, and as the Division surrounded its targets and fired from behind shields, Yamato kept blocking the shots and felling members until Franky and Hatcha arrived, the latter smashing a hole that let Yamato, Momonosuke, and Shinobu flee. Franky stayed behind to tie up the Division. When a swarm of Gifters tamed by Tama's dango freed Franky, Usopp shot dango toward the open mouths of the Division members, Saitank's among them, and Tama commanded them all to trail after her, which they did eagerly. Saitank then trailed Nokokuwa Police back toward the Right-Brain Tower to support Franky against the Beasts Pirates, and both he and the remaining Division members were eventually taken down by Sasaki's Heliceratops.
