Sheepshead

Reaching almost three meters in height, this Shinuchi is broad and powerfully muscled. Two stubby dark horns rise from his scalp, the same mark every Gifter carries, and his pale blonde hair is combed flat against his head. Across his face he keeps protective lenses rather than wearing them on his forehead, and the chest beneath his loose dark mantle is left exposed, crossed by three bands and marked by a scar that runs its full length. Tattooed rings, each containing a lone dot, wrap his left forearm. Frilled pauldrons sit at his shoulders under a furred cape fastened by a chain, his hands wear cut-off gloves, and his lower half is covered by dark trousers with knee guards, boots, and a frilled belt stamped with the crew's emblem.

Drawing on the fruit alters him sharply: the blonde hair grows out into long, woolly curls, and each of his hands becomes the curved horn of a ram.

Mercy is not in his nature once a fight begins. He keeps swinging until his target lies dead or his own body gives out, and he takes open pleasure in slaughter. Once the Mokomo Dukedom lay in ruins and its residents had been interrogated, he hunted Tristan with the sole aim of drawing out her suffering.

Disrespect toward those he serves sets him off, and he has a habit of latching onto minor details that no one else cares about. When Ginrummy offhandedly described Raizo as a samurai, for instance, he snapped at her over the loose wording, only to be told he was making far too much of it.

His standing as a Shinuchi of the Gifters puts ordinary crew members under his authority, and he can even direct other Shinuchi such as Ginrummy. In a fight he holds his own, having shrugged off the icy Soul Parade of Brook with no obvious strain, though Sanji still dropped him with one Diable Jambe after Brook pinned him down. He also keeps a large blade slung over his back, handling it with skill and once taking a reverse grip on it as he lunged at Nami.

The source of his power is the Sheep SMILE, a manufactured Devil Fruit of the kind every Gifter eats. It lets him turn his hands into a ram's horns, and his refined grasp of the fruit means he can call up or dismiss the change whenever he likes. His named move is Sheep's Horn, in which he shapes his hands into horns and slams them into a target, first seen against Brook, Nami, and Momonosuke.
