Uholisia

Towering to roughly the same height as Sai, Uholisia presents a heavily built, muscular frame that reads as masculine. Blonde hair frames a face marked by reddish patches across both cheeks and noticeably full lips. Oda has likened her features to those of the Okama, and she favors a blue dress decorated with pink and yellow blossoms.

She entered the marriage arrangement with Sai willingly, treating it as a matter of diplomacy and national interest rather than affection, which speaks to a pragmatic streak. Her temper, however, runs hot. When Sai severed their engagement, she answered with a savage beating, then stewed afterward inside a husband club, irritated that she had been denied a twenty sixth spouse.

The union between Uholisia and Sai was set up to bind the Happo Navy and the Niho Navy together as political allies. After the Happo Navy came back to Kano Country, she spoke with Sai about the wedding plans, only for him to break things off. Furious, she pummeled him and stormed away. Much later, during the great earthquake felt across the world, she and her father were among the panicked residents of Kano Country.
