Appearance

He is a sizable man, though Chinjao still looms above him. His robe carries his own romanized name down one side and the Niho Navy's name down the other, and over it he drapes a dark cape fitted with an unusually tall collar.

Personality

He treated the planned alliance between his fleet and the Happo Navy as a matter of honor. When that pact collapsed, he lashed out at the Chinjao Family with open fury and stood back while his daughter pummeled Sai for ending the engagement.

History

Years earlier he had agreed with Chinjao, who leads the Happo Navy, that their two forces would unite through a wedding binding his daughter Uholisia to Chinjao's grandson Sai. The arrangement unraveled in Kano Country once the Chinjao Family came back from Dressrosa, where Sai announced he had ended things with Uholisia to marry Baby 5 instead. Chichilisia exploded at Chinjao as Uholisia beat Sai down. He resurfaced during the Egghead events, when he and his daughter scrambled in panic with the rest of Kano Country amid a violent earthquake. The opening of his name, chichi, is the Japanese word for father.
