A Big Clash! Sanji vs. Doflamingo

Sanji leads with Diable Jambe, which Doflamingo dodges with ease while confirming he faces Black Leg Sanji. He evades Premiere Hachi as well, then connects with his Goshikito strike and pivots toward the Thousand Sunny, alarming the watching crew. Sanji's Poele a Frire: Spectre is parried but conceded to be potent, after which Doflamingo seizes hold of his body. As Giolla jeers at the doom of those who challenge her master without knowing his power, Nami screams for Sanji to run. A whip readies for the Overheat technique, yet Sanji tells Nami to fire the Coup de Burst and flee without him.

From the shoreline, Law hurls a log using Shambles after sealing himself, Caesar, Doflamingo, and Sanji inside a Room, swapping with the log and yanking everyone out of harm's way. With no chance to halt his swing, Doflamingo unleashes Overheat so violently that the strike travels clear to Dressrosa, splitting a building and bewildering the locals. Law, Caesar, and Sanji slam down onto the deck, where a horrified Caesar begs Giolla for aid she is in no position to offer. Law explains that the heart he carries is his own, since Caesar's has been stowed within his chest cavity.

Law tells everyone to bring Caesar along and set out for Zou at once, reminding them of the Vivre Card he handed over earlier. Nami balks at abandoning Luffy, but a Marine battleship soars over Green Bit as Doflamingo bears down from the opposite flank. When the cannons open up, meteors come crashing down on the Sunny, and Law uses Tact to steer one into the warship's hull. On the deck of that vessel, Fujitora coolly attributes the hit to his own miscalculation in failing to account for Law, then orders a return to Dressrosa. Law's blade Kikoku snares Doflamingo's renewed Overheat, and he warns Sanji to locate a cloudless spot and hold there, since the Ito Ito no Mi reaches through clouds. With Law's sword pressed to Giolla's neck, the Coup de Burst fires and the ship breaks away.

On the iron span linking the two islands, Doflamingo asks why Law freed only part of the crew, but Law cautions that taking hostages would simply add him to the long list of those who regret underrating them. Law declares the alliance dissolved, noting it had served only to stop SMILE production, and that even his own death would still leave a wrecked factory and Doflamingo facing Kaido's fury. Impressed by the design, Doflamingo hears Law admit that avenging the events of thirteen years ago comes before all else.

The adaptation adds Cavendish observing Rebecca and wondering why she holds back from attacking, Acilia trading blows with Cavendish, and the Sunny crew reaching out to Usopp, Franky, and Robin over in Dressrosa.
