The Final Round Starts - Diamante the Hero Shows Up

Burgess, Bartolomeo, Lucy, Rebecca, and Diamante take the ring as Gatz hypes the Logia fruit awaiting the winner. When three sore losers rush Rebecca, Diamante intervenes, letting their swords shatter against his cape, which he reveals is forged of steel that only flutters thanks to his Hira Hira no Mi. He shapes it into a bull and downs them, then introduces the new fighting fish drawn by the scent of blood, one of which carries the chest holding the fire fruit. The gong sounds, opening the five-way melee.

At the palace, Viola explains the route through the ramparts and warns of the danger posed by the top officers, Pica above all. Kin'emon notices Luffy has wandered off, only for Luffy to blast the palace doors open with a Gigant Pistol and charge through. A guard recognizes him and reports the intrusion, leaving Doflamingo, who is watching Lucy dodge a fighting fish on screen, enraged and demanding to know who is masquerading as Lucy in the arena.

Diamante demonstrates the Hira Hira no Mi, revealing his steel cape and bull-shaped weapon. The Boss Class fighting fish are introduced, one bearing the Mera Mera no Mi as the contest's prize. Luffy breaks into the Rampart Tower with brute force. The contradiction of Luffy appearing both at the palace and in the Colosseum throws Doflamingo into a fury.

The anime shows the order of finalists entering the arena and stages Diamante's flamboyant dance, with poses and music evoking Steven Tyler of Aerosmith. Added finals footage includes Burgess striking first, Lucy circling the ring to find the prize fish, and Bartolomeo shielding himself with his barrier. Bartolomeo's insults toward the crowd are cut. At Rampart Tower the anime gives Kin'emon a visible moment brandishing his sword as part of the intruding group.
