Summary
The Marines reel at Saturn's monstrous new form and the manifested Imu, who lashes out at both soldiers and pirates with spider legs, proving loyal to no one. Roger sends Gaban to aid the crew and grab treasure while he heads toward Imu. Garp, never having seen one of the Five Elders, mocks the transformation as fitting for a freak ruling Mary Geoise's lowest. Rocks confronts Imu, who mistakes him for "Davy Jones"; Rocks denies being the man yet speaks of a "promise" that must be honored. Enraged, Imu declares this is exactly why the Davy Family must be erased, but Rocks retorts that the world is not theirs.
Elsewhere, John betrays the Rocks Pirates, using the Jiki Jiki no Mi to drag every metal object and armed person across the island toward himself, sweeping up Dragon just as he tried to get Shanks aboard a ship. Ganzui, wielding the Bomu Bomu no Mi, blasts the traitor unconscious, then turns on Shiki when he tries to hoard the loot. As Garp charges in and Linlin attacks Kaidou for stealing her fruit, Rocks, Garp, Roger, Newgate, and Kaidou strike Imu all at once, Linlin's blow hitting too. Imu regenerates instantly and unleashes Supreme King Haki that flattens scores of fighters. Dragon then loses baby Shanks, who crawls into a treasure chest. Sensing Eris and Teach fleeing, Imu stabs Rocks with Domi Reversi, turning him into a demon ordered to kill his wife and son.
