Heaven's Judgment

Drawn to the off-limits domain where God is said to live, Luffy makes plain that he will get there one way or another, though the crew agrees to fetch Nami first. Pagaya, who works on dial boats, volunteers to look over their waver while they search. Far off, Nami has wandered into a grove of giant trees when a sound rattles her nerves. She moves to leave, senses a presence at her back, and a frantic man comes tearing out of the trees with a pursuer and a massive hound on his heels.

The hound springs, only for a rider on a bird to dive in and kick it aside, before a fourth man halts that rescuer in turn. From behind Nami, the man with the bazooka fires into the knot of them and sets off a thunderous blast. As the smoke thins, the runner pleads with Nami to take him aboard her boat and offers anything in exchange, but a stroke of what looks like lightning fells him mid-sentence. Wondering whether Enel was behind it, the bazooka-wielder decides to pull back.

The four hunters, now plainly allied, chat over the affair, and one reports that their land has just been entered by seven unlawful intruders out of the blue sea. Listening in, Nami grasps that the intruders are her own crew and dreads that a matching fate may be waiting for them.

At Angel Beach, Skypiea's law force, the White Berets under Captain McKinley, turn up to look into the trespass and find the Going Merry at the water's edge. Luffy, busy on the waver beside Pagaya, sees them coming and wonders who they could be. The chapter debuts God's four priests and carries Nami to the very edge of Upper Yard, Skypiea's forbidden ground. Its color-spread cover shows the Straw Hats out rock-climbing, and it sits within the Skypiea Arc.
