Inuarashi names it a Road Poneglyph, a guide pointing toward the far end of the Grand Line.

Inuarashi corrects the excited crew: four such stones exist, and none marks Laugh Tale directly. Each instead pinpoints an island ringing it, and only by locating and linking all four can the route be revealed. Big Mom and Kaidou each hold one, while the fourth sits in an unknown place. Roger and saw a great secret.
