Introducing the Revolutionary Army Commanders

Driven from Baltigo by the Blackbeard Pirates, the Revolutionary Army settles into a fresh headquarters on Momoiro Island in the Kamabakka Kingdom. Dragon, Ivankov, Inazuma, and Koala gather over reports of the Straw Hats' rampage through Totto Land, with Ivankov thrilled by Luffy and Sanji and Dragon observing that Germa has been cast out of the World Government. Sabo, grinning since hearing about Luffy, takes a call from Lindbergh, who warns of a delay while the commanders settle some trouble elsewhere.

At Lulusia's port, the Peachbeard Pirates loot under Blackbeard's flag while the kingdom's defenders are away. When their captain strikes Moda, a passing woman summons Morley, a giant okama who erupts from the ground and reshapes the street like clay to drive the raiders back. Belo Betty rallies the townsfolk and amplifies their fighting spirit with her fruit, while Lindbergh freezes the pirates' guns and Karasu scatters into crows to snatch their blades. The four commanders crush Peachbeard and leave him for the citizens to claim his bounty.

The chapter formally introduces the Revolutionary executives: Morley of the West Army and his Oshi Oshi no Mi, Belo Betty of the East with her Kobu Kobu power, Lindbergh of the South wielding his own inventions, and Karasu of the North whose fruit turns him into a flock of crows. Morley is identified as the shadow Doflamingo once mentioned, and Karasu as the man who spoke with Sabo earlier. Lulusia and its citizen Moda debut, Peachbeard joins the cast, and the Levely is two days out.
