The Grand Sumo Inferno

Thrilled to find Kawamatsu alive, Raizo agrees to bring a cell key once the chained retainer hears that the Fire Festival is the appointed day. A jailer glimpses them and warns Solitaire, yet Raizo slips off behind a smoke bomb. Handing the ninja hunt off to his guards, Queen assembles a garish execution show, billing the whole spectacle as his own Contraception Concert and subtitling it Sumo Inferno. Heavy collars are locked onto Luffy and Hyougoro, built to spring blades and take the head of anyone who steps beyond the ring, which Luffy compares to the bomb collars strapped on the slaves of Celestial Dragons. Queen even strips their Seastone cuffs away, and it dawns on Raizo that the key in his hand was the wrong one.

The moment the bout opens and armed challengers charge, one burst of Conqueror's Haki from Luffy fells the whole pack, and he calls for the next round. Queen is intrigued by the display while Kawamatsu, from his cell, prays that Luffy keeps the old man breathing.

Drake and Hawkins storm the capital bathhouse hunting anyone marked with the inverted crescent moon. Hawkins orders the bathers to bare their ankles, then flings a flying sword at Nami that tears her towel away. The sight sets off a nosebleed from the still-hidden Sanji, whose Raid Suit gives away his location as Soba Mask. Drake keels over at the nude women, and in the muddle he and Hawkins peg the invader as Germa 66's operative. That figure, from the show Sora, is the fabled Stealth Black, an identity that lets Warrior of the Sea lore click into place for both men. Sanji scoops up Nami, Robin, and Shinobu and darts off, warning that Kaidou knows of the ankle marks and that Law's captured crew will be used as bait.

Away in Ringo, Zoro meets the giant samurai who restored Shusui to Ryuma's resting place. Reading the man as a weapons collector, Zoro announces he means to seize the whole hoard, and a duel breaks out across the snow-blanketed bridge.

Luffy and Hyougoro are sentenced to death matches yet allowed to fight uncuffed, and Raizo realizes the key he took is wrong. The mark worn by Kin'emon's allies is shown to be known already to the Beasts Pirates. As Law did before them, Drake and Hawkins recognize the masked hero of that seafaring drama. Law's Heart Pirates are confirmed captured, meant to draw him out. Zoro squares off with the thief who carried away his sword. The cover gag shows Aokiji freezing Wanze's noodles by accident instead of eating them.
