Akiko Sasaki

Sasaki provided in-between animation for five original Dragon Ball episodes, including episode 1 ('The Secret of the Dragon Balls'), episode 9 ('Boss Rabbit's Magic Touch'), episode 15 ('Look Out for Launch'), episode 29 ('The Roaming Lake'), and episode 57 ('Arale vs. Blue'). These episodes span the Emperor Pilaf Saga through the General Blue Saga, covering formative moments including Goku and Bulma's first meeting and early antagonist encounters.

Sasaki's animation career extended across feature films and OVA productions. The animator contributed in-between animation to Dr. Slump: Hoyoyo! Space Adventure and finishing animation work on Neon Genesis Evangelion: The End of Evangelion under Studio Ado, working alongside renowned animation studios on high-profile projects. Additional credits include in-between work on Case Closed Movie: The Time Bombed Skyscraper and Tomorrow's Joe 2.
