Gaiden Again! This Time's Enemy Is A Monster?

Ichigo comes to and quickly decides he is dreaming again. A pushy Rukia hauls him to a castle where the cast has been reimagined as classic monsters: Uryū as a milk-drinking vampire proud of the color white, Rangiku as a witch, Hitsugaya as a wolf who keeps fetching a thrown ball, Orihime as a pumpkin ghost, and Renji wrapped like a mummy with a pirate backstory. The meeting concerns hunters who are not slaying monsters but searching for a treasure, a snow crystal said to turn monsters human, hidden on the castle's top floor. Ichigo schemes to grab it and wake himself up.

A rift tears open the sky and the two hunters descend, revealed as Ryūken and Isshin. Uryū duels his father with Quincy arrows while Ichigo, unwilling to fight his own dad, is cornered by Isshin anyway. The battle spills into a plan: everyone lures the hunters into range and detonates a massive explosion, encasing them in ice. Ichigo survives only by donning his Hollow mask, then rages at Uryū for the unannounced blast.

When the group reaches the treasure box, it sits empty. Rukia then reveals she is the snow crystal, that this was never Ichigo's dream, and strikes him, transforming him into Komamura. The captain jolts awake shouting about a beast, realizing the entire absurd tale was his own dream all along.

Ichigo wakes into a monster-themed castle and learns of a snow crystal that turns monsters human. Ryūken and Isshin appear as treasure-hunting monster hunters, sparking duels with Uryū and Ichigo. The group traps the hunters in ice with a huge explosion, which Ichigo survives via his Hollow mask. The treasure box proves empty, and Rukia reveals she is the crystal, that the dream is not Ichigo's, and turns him into Komamura, who wakes to find the whole thing was his own nightmare.

This anime-original comedy special has no source chapters and belongs to no arc, following up an earlier fairy-tale dream episode. It leans on Halloween-style costumes and self-aware humor, including a nod to Bleach's tenth anniversary in the closing illustrated-book segment, where Uryū and Ichigo, still in costume, trigger stage traps and tumble through a trap door. Its final gag recasts the entire scenario as Komamura's dream.
