Bulla (also known as Bra in the original Japanese) is the daughter of Vegeta and Bulma, and the younger sister of Trunks. Unlike most characters with Saiyan heritage, Bulla shows little interest in fighting and takes after her mother's fashionable, outgoing personality.
Bulla is born during the events of Dragon Ball Super and grows up to be a confident, fashion-conscious young girl who bears a strong resemblance to her mother. In Dragon Ball Z, she appears at the very end of the series during the ten-year time skip, attending the World Martial Arts Tournament as a spectator alongside her family. In Dragon Ball GT, Bulla is a teenager who is more interested in shopping and dating than training, much to Vegeta's exasperation.
Despite her minimal combat involvement, Bulla represents an important aspect of Vegeta's character development. The once-ruthless Saiyan prince is shown to be a doting, even overprotective father to his daughter, a stark contrast to his early characterization as a cold-blooded killer. Vegeta's willingness to attend to Bulla's needs, insist on her Saiyan name, and worry about her social life reveals the depth of his transformation from villain to family man. Bulla herself, while a minor character in terms of screen time, embodies the peaceful future that the Z Fighters have fought to protect: a world where Saiyan children can grow up worrying about fashion instead of fighting for survival.
