General Rilldo is an alien warrior who was reconstructed into a Machine Mutant by Dr. Myuu and serves as the commander of Planet M-2. Goku himself remarked that Rilldo's power might surpass that of Majin Buu, making him one of the strongest opponents encountered in Dragon Ball GT.
General Rilldo commands the Machine Mutant forces on Planet M-2 under the orders of Dr. Myuu. Originally a biological alien of unknown origin, he was captured and reconstructed into a Machine Mutant, becoming Dr. Myuu's most powerful soldier. His authority over the planet is absolute, and he oversees the systematic conversion of organic life into machine-based organisms.
When Goku, Pan, and Trunks arrive on Planet M-2 during the Baby Saga, Rilldo confronts them as the planet's guardian. His base form alone proves powerful enough to challenge Goku, who notes that Rilldo's strength may even exceed Majin Buu's. Rilldo possesses the ability to manipulate all metal on the planet telekinetically, and can absorb the Sigma Force to achieve even greater transformations.
In his most advanced form, Rilldo can liquefy his body into a metallic fluid, making him extremely difficult to damage. He can also convert living beings into metal with a touch. Despite these formidable abilities, Goku ultimately overpowers and destroys him. Rilldo later reappears briefly during the Super 17 Saga when villains escape from Hell.
