Biography and Story Role

Neiz serves as one of three members of Cooler's Armored Squadron alongside Salza and Dore. In the film Dragon Ball Z: Cooler's Revenge, the squadron travels to Earth with Cooler to eliminate Goku. The three soldiers ambush Goku and his friends during a camping trip, launching a coordinated assault.

During the battle, Neiz demonstrates a notable ability to channel electricity through his body. He uses this to shock and paralyze opponents on contact, making him dangerous in close combat. He is also proud of his speed, similar to Burter of the Ginyu Force. However, Neiz tends to underestimate his enemies, frequently taunting and toying with them rather than fighting seriously.

When Piccolo arrives to assist the Z Fighters, Neiz attempts to use his electrical attack on the Namekian. Piccolo turns the technique against Neiz by grabbing him and channeling the electricity back into his body, causing Neiz to overload and be destroyed. Despite his arrogance, Neiz did show genuine concern for his comrades, becoming visibly angered by Dore's death.
