Oceanus Shenron is the Six-Star Shadow Dragon, born from the wish Oolong made to prevent Emperor Pilaf from ruling the world. She controls the elements of water and wind.
Oceanus Shenron, known as Ryushinron in Japanese, is the Shadow Dragon created from the Six-Star Dragon Ball. She was born from the negative energy accumulated by Oolong's wish for a pair of underwear, made to prevent Emperor Pilaf from wishing for world domination. This origin makes her one of the more unusual Shadow Dragons, given the trivial nature of the wish that spawned her.
Before revealing her true dragon form, Oceanus Shenron disguises herself as Princess Oto, a beautiful woman worshipped by the inhabitants of a fishing village. She uses this persona to manipulate the villagers and maintain control over the surrounding waters. When Goku, Pan, and Giru arrive searching for the Dragon Balls during the Shadow Dragon Saga, she initially maintains her disguise before being forced to reveal her true nature.
In her real form, Oceanus Shenron commands powerful wind and water-based attacks. She creates devastating whirlwinds and tidal forces that prove difficult for Pan to handle. However, once Goku steps in and goes on the offensive, she is defeated relatively quickly compared to some of the other Shadow Dragons.
Oceanus Shenron's powers revolve around wind and water manipulation. She can generate massive hurricanes and control ocean currents to trap or overwhelm opponents. Her signature technique involves creating whirlpool barriers and air current attacks that are difficult to counter without sufficient power.
She also possesses the ability to transform between her Princess Oto disguise and her true Shadow Dragon form. The disguise is not merely cosmetic; it allows her to suppress her energy signature and blend in among normal beings, making her a uniquely deceptive adversary among the seven Shadow Dragons.
