Biography and Story Role

Rage Shenron, known as Ushinron in Japanese, is the Shadow Dragon of the Five-Star Dragon Ball. He was born from the negative energy generated by the wish made on November 2, Age 762, when Master Roshi and the others used the Dragon Balls to revive Goku after his death during the battle with Raditz and Nappa.

During the Shadow Dragon Saga in Dragon Ball GT, Rage Shenron takes up residence in a city, using his electrical powers to terrorize the inhabitants. In his base form, he is a relatively small and unintimidating dragon, but he possesses the ability to generate and absorb electrical energy, which makes him dangerous in urban environments where power sources are abundant.

Pan initially takes on Rage Shenron, but he proves tricky to deal with due to his electrical attacks and the slime he generates, which conducts electricity and can be used to create larger copies of himself. When Goku arrives, the battle concludes decisively, as Rage Shenron lacks the raw power to compete with a Super Saiyan 4.

Abilities and Techniques

Rage Shenron's power centers on electricity manipulation. He can discharge powerful bolts, create electrical barriers, and absorb ambient electrical energy to power himself up. His most distinctive ability involves generating an electric slime substance that clings to surfaces and conducts current, allowing him to electrify large areas and create body doubles made of the conductive material.

His Super Rage Shenron form is achieved by absorbing enough electrical energy, which increases his size and power substantially. However, even in this enhanced state, he remains one of the weaker Shadow Dragons overall, particularly when compared to Syn and Nuova Shenron.
