Goku and Bulma arrive at Kame House seeking a submarine, but a perverted old master, a missing capsule, and a Red Ribbon scout plane all complicate the visit. By the time Krillin and Lunch return, the enemy has already pinpointed their location.
Kinto Un descends on the tiny island as Goku happily greets Umigame, who patiently reminds him of his actual name. Kame Senin emerges, disappointed to hear the Four Star Ball is still missing. Once Bulma grows back to full size and explains the situation, she asks whether the old master has a submarine capsule they can borrow. Kame Senin agrees with surprising ease, but his condition is that Bulma hand over her newly invented Micro Band. Relieved that he did not demand her underwear or a pafu pafu, she gives up the device, only to learn that the submarine capsule is currently out with Krillin and Lunch on a shopping run.
While the group waits, Bulma slips inside to use the bathroom. Kame Senin seizes the chance to test his new toy, shrinking himself and scurrying under the door for a peek. His timing is disastrous. Bulma is already pulling her pants back up when he scrambles onto the toilet, slips, and plunges straight into the bowl. She flushes without a second thought, leaving the tiny master to climb out of the sewer and grow back to full size, thoroughly humiliated and soaking wet.
At Red Ribbon Army Headquarters, Commander Red notices that the boys signal has stopped moving and deduces that he must be resting at a base belonging to the mysterious scientist behind the radar. He orders General Blue to scout the area immediately. Krillin and Lunch finally return, and once the situation is explained Krillin excitedly mentions rumored pirate treasure hidden in the undersea cave. The trio sets off in the submarine while Bulma accidentally leaves the bag of Dragon Balls behind. Overhead, a Blue Company jet flyer spots them and circles back to report that the old man, the woman, and the turtle at Kame House must belong to the enemy.
