Krillin refuses to stay down against the vain Red Ribbon commander, Bulma makes a doomed attempt at seduction, and a dripping wet Goku finally bursts from the underground pool only to discover that General Blue has a paralyzing trick hidden behind his pretty face.
Still wobbling from the punishment Blue has already dished out, Krillin forces himself upright inside the crumbling Pirate Cave. Bulma shouts encouragement from her hiding spot as the little monk launches forward, splits into an afterimage, and plants a clean kick on the general's jaw. Blue recoils in horror at the sight of his own blood, treating a nosebleed as a mortal insult and slapping on a pair of nose plugs before vowing to make the bald kid suffer for ruining his beautiful face.
Blue's eyes flash and Krillin freezes in place, pinned by a psychic hold the commander calls Chonoryoku. A brutal kick and a wall-crushing punch leave Krillin slumped on the floor while Bulma panics about being next in line. Desperate, she tries flirting her way out, wiggling and giggling at the disgusted soldier. When that only makes him angrier, she changes tactics and claims to actually be a man, which sends Blue into a louder rage and buys just enough time for her to scramble clear. Blue hoists an enormous rock over Krillin's head, ready to finish him for good, when the surface of the underground pool suddenly erupts.
A soaking wet Goku bursts from the water, takes one look at his beaten friend, and charges in furious. The two trade blows across the collapsing chamber: Goku ducks a swipe, lands a gut punch, hops a sweep, and kicks off the wall to knee Blue in the back of the head. Krillin notes aloud how much stronger Goku has grown since the last Tenkaichi Budokai. The momentum shifts only when Bulma's warning comes a beat too late, Blue's psychic gaze locks Goku in place mid-step, and the simmering general hoists another huge boulder overhead to crush the boy who has been humiliating him.
