Vegeta's Rage

Vegeta seethes with fury at the realization that Goku's power has genuinely surpassed his own. The prince of all Saiyans, the warrior who prided himself on being the absolute strongest of his race, now stands battered and bloodied by a soldier who was discarded at birth. His pride will not allow this result to stand. Rather than continue a fight he is losing, Vegeta decides on a final, catastrophic solution: he will annihilate the Earth entirely, taking Goku and everything on the planet with it. Even if it means sacrificing the battlefield, Vegeta would rather reign over ashes than concede to a low-class nobody.

Galick Gun vs. Kamehameha

Vegeta rises into the air and cups his hands at his side, channeling an enormous volume of energy into his signature technique. He announces the Galick Gun and fires it directly at the ground, aiming not at Goku but at the planet's core. The beam is massive, splitting the sky with violet light and tearing through the atmosphere on its path toward total destruction.

Goku's Last Stand

Goku has no time to think and no room for hesitation. If Vegeta's blast reaches the Earth, billions of lives end in an instant. He drops into position and fires a Kamehameha, simultaneously pushing the Kaio-ken beyond anything his body should endure. The two beams collide in midair, creating a blinding column of warring energy. The clash sends shockwaves rippling across the wasteland, shattering rock formations and carving trenches into the ground. For a long, agonizing moment, the two attacks hold each other in a deadlock, neither warrior willing to yield a single inch.

Goku pushes harder, pouring every ounce of his remaining strength into the beam. The Kamehameha begins to overtake the Galick Gun, slowly forcing Vegeta's blast backward. Vegeta screams in disbelief as his attack is overwhelmed. The combined force of Goku's beam swallows the Galick Gun and engulfs Vegeta, launching the Saiyan prince high into the sky and out of sight. The battlefield falls silent, and it appears that Vegeta has been defeated at last.
