The Clash Continues

Goku fires his Super Kamehameha directly at Frieza, who barrels forward wreathed in the blazing energy of his Nova Strike. The two techniques collide with staggering force, and for a moment neither side gives ground. Then Frieza veers to the side, dodging the bulk of the beam, and comes around for a direct hit. He slams into Goku with the full weight of the Nova Strike, sending the Saiyan plummeting into the water far below.

The Wish Comes Through

Across the galaxy, Shenron's power takes effect. Every Namekian killed by Frieza and his forces returns to life simultaneously. The revived villagers immediately notice something terribly wrong with their planet: the ground shakes, the sky has turned black, and eruptions scar the landscape. On Namek, the sky darkens as well, and Frieza wonders whether the change is part of the chain reaction he triggered. Shenron confirms to Mr. Popo that the wish has been granted, and King Kai relays the news to the Z Fighters.

Porunga Reborn

Guru has returned to life, just as King Kai hoped. With Guru alive, the Namekian Dragon Balls reactivate and Porunga materializes above the dying world. Frieza decides he should flee the planet but is stunned to see Goku rising from the water, alive and still fighting. Frieza snarls that he will reduce Goku to atoms just like he did to the Earthling. When Goku realizes Frieza means Krillin, a fresh surge of rage overtakes him.

King Kai contacts Guru and instructs him to wish everyone on Namek, except Frieza, to Earth. But Goku interrupts telepathically, insisting he be left behind. He warns King Kai not to interfere. Guru passes the instructions to Dende, who prepares to speak the wish to Porunga. As the planet crumbles, Gohan and Bulma feel the ground shake. Vegeta, revived by Shenron's wish, stands confused about his return to life. Frieza scans the scene and realizes with alarm that the Namekian Dragon Balls are active once again.
