The Super Spirit Bomb

Goku warns Vegeta to move or be consumed by the blast, but Vegeta tells him not to worry and just fire. Kid Buu hurls an energy attack at Goku, who vanishes from beneath the massive Spirit Bomb to dodge it. When Goku reappears, he notices that Vegeta is no longer near Kid Buu. Mr. Satan is sprinting away with the battered Saiyan prince slung over his shoulder. Goku praises Satan as the true savior of the world, then turns toward Kid Buu and launches the Super Spirit Bomb with everything he has.

Kid Buu attempts to counter the colossal sphere with a Majin Kamehameha, but the beam cannot overpower the Spirit Bomb. Even so, Kid Buu manages to hold the attack at bay, preventing it from crushing him. Goku pushes with all his remaining strength, wishing he had just a little more left in him.

The Final Wish

Vegeta realizes that Goku lacks the physical energy to fully drive the Spirit Bomb home. Everyone on New Namek, along with King Yemma's attendants, has already poured their power into the sphere and silently wills Goku forward. Dende pleads with Kibito Kai to teleport him back to the battlefield so he can heal Goku, but Kibito Kai confesses that he too is drained and cannot teleport again. Porunga, still waiting impatiently, demands the third wish.

Inspiration strikes Dende. He asks Porunga to restore Son Goku's strength to its fullest. The dragon confirms the wish is well within his power and grants it immediately. Dende relays the news, and Goku feels his body surge with renewed energy.

Kid Buu's Destruction

Goku thanks the Namekian Dragon Balls, transforms into a Super Saiyan, and addresses Kid Buu one final time. He acknowledges the monster's incredible tenacity, praises him for fighting so hard all on his own, and expresses a wish that Kid Buu will someday be reborn as a good person so the two of them can fight again fairly. With those parting words, Goku forces the Super Spirit Bomb downward. Kid Buu is engulfed entirely, and his body is annihilated without a single cell remaining.
