The Tournament of Power reaches its explosive conclusion as Goku and Vegeta throw everything at Jiren, only for Vegeta to be eliminated. Frieza emerges from hiding to execute a last-ditch gambit that topples Jiren, Goku, and himself from the arena. Android 17, the sole survivor, uses his wish to restore all erased universes, and life gradually returns to normal before a new threat surfaces.
Belmod and Khai discuss how Gicchin wanted Jiren to learn teamwork before a demon took his life. Jiren now refuses to trust anyone, shouldering every burden alone. On the arena floor, Goku and Vegeta unleash their strongest attacks at once: a Kamehameha and a Gamma Burst Flash. The combined blasts shake the entire Null Realm, yet Jiren stands with only his shirt torn. A single gesture sends Vegeta off the stage, eliminating him. Goku battles on alone but is steadily pushed to the brink.
Just as Goku teeters on the edge, a Death Ball appears from behind. Frieza orders Goku to seize Jiren and hold him still. Goku locks Jiren in a full nelson as Frieza hurls the blast, demanding that his revival be honored. Jiren deflects the sphere skyward, but Frieza shifts into Golden Frieza and charges straight into him. The collision sends all three fighters off the stage.
Android 17 climbs out from beneath rubble, confirming the plan went smoothly. Universe 7 is declared the winner. The others are stunned, having been unable to sense 17's energy. Krillin asks about the self-destruction, and 17 reminds him the bomb was removed long ago.
Jiren apologizes to his teammates while Dyspo urges him to rely on them as allies. Belmod notes that Gicchin would not have wanted to be revived out of guilt. The Grand Minister announces the time is up, and the Zenos erase the losing universes. Android 17 immediately wishes on Super Shenron for every erased universe to be restored, raising Universe 7 to third from the bottom in the mortal level rankings. Whis revives Frieza as a gift from Beerus for his role in the victory. Back on Earth, Goku and Vegeta resume training until a group led by Galactic Patrolman Merus arrives at Satan House to take Good Buu. The Saiyans intervene but Merus stuns them both and brings them to Galactic Patrol Headquarters, where he reveals that a dangerous criminal has escaped the Galactic Prison and they need the Grand Supreme Kai, who resides within Buu, to recapture him.
