Pursuit Beyond Namek

Moro continues draining New Namek's life force as Merus evacuates Jaco and Esca aboard a Galactic Patrol ship. Goku and Vegeta arrive in Perfected Super Saiyan Blue alongside Grand Supreme Kai at the edge of Namek's atmosphere. They charge at Moro together but strike only afterimages. A second attempt also fails, and the group realizes Moro's true body is hidden elsewhere, absorbing energy from a concealed position. Grand Supreme Kai locates Moro nearby and sets off alone, since Saiyans cannot survive in the vacuum of space. Moro blocks and counters every blow the Kai throws, then launches him deep into open space, far beyond Goku and Vegeta's sight.

A Bluff Called

Grand Supreme Kai hurls a massive energy sphere, but Moro swallows it whole and grows stronger than before. He slams the Kai into an asteroid and declares the old sealing abilities pose no threat. The Kai stands and orders Moro to return to the Galactic Prison, threatening to seal his magic once more. Moro sees through the bluff immediately, pointing out that the Kai lost his godly power when Buu's good and evil halves separated long ago. Aboard Merus's ship, the patrolman theorizes that the divine energy passed to Kid Buu during the ancient split, and a flashback confirms it: the Kai recalls witnessing Goku destroy Kid Buu with the Super Spirit Bomb and understands that his own power vanished at that moment.

Dragged Back to Namek

Vegeta declares brute force is their only remaining option and insists a single Super Saiyan Blue at full power can handle Moro if his magic is set aside. Merus dons a space suit and rescues Grand Supreme Kai from a finishing blow. He uses his weapon and the jet boosters in his boots to blind Moro briefly, creating an opening for the Kai to grab the sorcerer and teleport him back to Namek's surface. Goku and Vegeta stand ready to fight, but Moro simply laughs and reminds them they have forgotten about his third wish.
