The universe celebrates Moro's defeat as the Namekian Dragon Balls undo his destruction. Merus, believed erased forever, returns as a mortal after the Grand Minister shows unexpected mercy. But a new threat takes shape when Seven-Three's remnants fall into the hands of a figure named Goichi, and a bounty hunter called Granolah sets his sights on the android.
Goku's friends rush to congratulate him. In a remote village, the Grand Supreme Kai thanks the boy Uub for his decisive contribution, then teleports to the Lookout and reverts to Good Buu with no memory of the experience. Mr. Satan throws a feast with all of Goku's allies in attendance. Afterward, Goku returns Esca to New Namek, where Porunga restores every planet Moro destroyed and revives all his victims. The universe returns to peace, though Merus remains erased.
Days later, Goku, Vegeta, and Buu receive medals at Galactic Patrol Headquarters alongside Jaco. A surprise fifth honoree is announced: Merus, alive and well. He explains that he no longer exists as an angel. In a flashback, the Grand Minister reveals he personally erased Merus briefly, then brought him back as a mortal stripped of all angelic power. Shin had offered his own life in exchange, prompting the Grand Minister's leniency. As punishment, Beerus, Whis, and Shin must entertain the Zenos while attendants take a break. The celebration concludes with a group photo, and Goku and Vegeta's time as Galactic Patrol members officially ends.
Jaco and Calamis visit the Galactic Prison, where Yunba laughs at the assumption that Seven-Three was destroyed, calling them fools for not verifying. They rush to Moro's crater on Earth but find nothing. Two unknown beings already recovered Seven-Three's head and departed. Months later, a figure named Goichi learns that Seven-Three's data has been copied into all of his units. At that moment, the bounty hunter Granolah boards Goichi's ship, fights through guards and OG Soldiers, and locates his target: OG73-i, otherwise known as Seven-Three.
