Goku brings Gohan, Goten, and Trunks to Beerus' Planet for a family sparring session. Gohan warms up against the boys, then Goku steps in with Perfected Ultra Instinct to face Gohan's Beast form. Carmine and Soldier 15, trapped in the car, are along for the ride as father and son begin a clash that threatens to wreck the planet.
Goku suggests heading to Beerus' Planet so Gohan can show off his new form. Gohan changes into fighting clothes while Goku invites Goten and Trunks. Carmine and Soldier 15, still in their car, try to leave, but the Saiyans pile in and Goku teleports the whole vehicle across the universe. After greetings, Goku proposes a sparring match. Gohan explains Piccolo named his new transformation Beast and taught him to activate it at will. Vegeta asks Trunks about the Cell Max battle; Trunks sheepishly mentions combination techniques with Goten, and Vegeta suggests the two fight Gohan first.
Gohan transforms into Super Saiyan and fends off both boys simultaneously, dodging their Cyclone Style! Tornado Double Hurricane so cleanly they crash into the ground. He advises them to remove their Saiyaman headgear, and once they power up to Super Saiyan, they press him much harder. Gohan compliments their improvement, shifts into his Potential Unleashed state, and tosses both fighters aside. Goten calls the form Ultimate, a label Gohan finds lacking. Trunks proposes fusion to keep up, but despite practicing, they produce Fat Gotenks again. The pudgy warrior charges Gohan and is kicked away in a single blow.
Goku tags in and ascends to Perfected Ultra Instinct. Gohan responds by unleashing Beast. Their opening collision sends a shockwave across the planet, launching the car carrying Carmine and Soldier 15 through the air until Gotenks catches it. Beerus orders Whis to erect a barrier around the spectators. Goku and Gohan begin trading blows at full intensity as Beerus grumbles about the damage to his planet.
