Jaco waits atop a cliff for the alien threat that never seems to arrive, while Tights learns the horrifying details of the Saiyan race. A disgusting encounter causes Tights to push Jaco off the cliff, and neither notices a streak of light landing in the distance: the Saiyan child has arrived. Tights then introduces her family, including five-year-old genius Bulma, who fixes everything.
The next day, Jaco perches atop a cliff to watch for his mission objective while Tights swims near the pier. Omori suddenly remembers the actual reason Jaco came to Earth: a fearsome alien is supposedly heading this way. Tights climbs up to ask Jaco directly. He explains that if the alien is still small, he can handle it. If it has grown, he plans to flee and leave Earth to its fate.
While they wait, Tights asks about Jaco's suit and learns it is actually his bare skin. Disgusted that he wears no clothing, she asks how he relieves himself. Jaco demonstrates by spraying liquid from holes in his temples, hitting Tights in the face. Enraged, she pushes him off the cliff. As he swims back, a faint streak of light crosses the sky behind him and lands beyond the horizon. Nobody notices.
With no sign of the alien, Jaco declares the crisis averted. On the flight to Kiwi Island, he describes the threat: a warrior race that conquers worlds and sends children to weak planets. These children keep a youthful appearance before developing into powerful fighters. They look human except for a tail. They are Saiyans, from Planet Vegeta. Meanwhile, in a mountain home, elderly martial artist Son Gohan tends to a wild, tailed child in Saiyan armor and names him Son Goku.
Tights reveals her father is Dr. Brief of Capsule Corporation. That evening, Dr. Brief arrives with his wife Bikini and five-year-old daughter Bulma. The genius child gets Jaco's ship levitating, finds the missing antenna part, and repairs it. She determines ordinary copper would have worked instead of expensive Sky Gold. With the antenna restored, Jaco contacts headquarters. Dr. Brief acquires the anti-gravity technology, directing the payout to Omori and Tights. In the epilogue, Omori narrates how a teenage Bulma later visited with mysterious orbs, searching for five more that could grant any wish.
