After progressing through Class-up, Super Class-up, God Class-up, Super God Class-up, and Ultimate Class-up Sign, players can finally reach this pinnacle tier, which bestows Perfected Ultra Instinct upon their avatar characters.

Perfected Ultra Instinct, the completed form of the technique Goku mastered during the climax of the Tournament of Power, represents the ultimate expression of martial arts mastery in the Dragon Ball universe. The body moves and reacts entirely on its own, without any conscious thought from the user, resulting in perfect offense and defense executed simultaneously. By granting this ability to Hero Avatars of all races, Ultimate Class-up positions the player's character at a power level comparable to the strongest fighters in Dragon Ball history.

Every avatar race receives a visually distinct version of the Perfected Ultra Instinct aesthetic.
