Hirohiko Kakegawa voiced a Disciple in Dragon Ball episode 80 and Villager in episode 79. In Dragon Ball Z, he appeared as Mr. Borbonne in episode 170, Disciple in episode 80, Man in episode 16, Usher in episode 6, and Villager in episode 79. He also contributed to Dragon Ball films including Dragon Ball: Mystical Adventure where he voiced a Soldier, and Dragon Ball: The Path to Power where he performed the role of General White, one of the film's primary antagonists.
