Kara Edwards is an American voice actress best known for her work in Dragon Ball Z, where she voiced three of the series' most important characters. She brought Videl's fierce determination and compassion to life as the strong-willed martial artist and love interest of Gohan. Edwards also provided the English voice for Goten, the young and energetic son of Son Goku, and Gotenks, the fusion of Goten and Trunks, capturing the youthful exuberance of both forms. She also voiced Upa and Lime in the original Dragon Ball series.

Edwards works freelance and through Funimation, establishing herself as a reliable and skilled voice actress in anime dubbing. According to an interview at Animazement 2013, her favorite character in the Dragon Ball series is Piccolo, and she expressed interest in voicing him had she the opportunity. Her additional work includes roles like Celica Yayoi in SoltyRei.
