An alien species from Planet Glass whose bodies are composed entirely of crystalline material. Nearly wiped out by the space pirate Chilled, only two known survivors remain: Lagss and Vidro. They are the only named race to debut in Super Dragon Ball Heroes.
The Glass People hail from Planet Glass, a desolate wasteland dominated by jagged crystalline formations jutting from the earth in every direction. Their bodies are composed of glass-like material, granting them a translucent, almost ethereal appearance. In stature they resemble Earthlings, though the resemblance ends at the surface. Their innate connection to their homeworld's mineral composition gives them dominion over glass itself.
Despite their seemingly cold and emotionless exterior, the Glass People harbor deep feelings. Hearts, using his ability to read the inner thoughts of others, revealed that both Lagss and Vidro are intensely emotional beings who simply mask their feelings behind a quiet, stoic facade. Their culture even includes marriage customs that require members to reach a certain age before they may wed.
The Glass People were driven to the brink of extinction by the space pirate Chilled, an ancestor of Frieza who ravaged their homeworld and slaughtered nearly the entire population. Only two members are known to have survived this genocide, each finding their way into very different corners of the Dragon Ball timeline.
Lagss was eventually imprisoned on the Prison Planet, where she became the most devoted member of the Core Area Warriors under Hearts. Her loyalty to his mission of overthrowing the two Zenos defined her path through the Universal Conflict Saga. In the game and manga, she was absorbed by Majin Ozotto before being rescued by Hearts and ultimately siding with Goku and Vegeta to bring Ozotto down.
Vidro, surviving in a separate timeline, was recruited by the former Supreme Kai of Time, Aeos. Taking the title of Female Warrior in Black, Vidro served in Aeos's campaign to erase timelines during the Super Space-Time Tournament, stationed as the arena guardian on Planet Glass itself.
The Glass People possess an extraordinary racial ability known as Glass Manipulation. This power allows them to generate glass constructs from nothing and to transform other matter into glass through a process called Glassification. Both Lagss and Vidro demonstrate mastery of these abilities in combat, creating weapons, barriers, and traps from crystalline material.
As the only named race introduced through Super Dragon Ball Heroes rather than the original manga or anime, the Glass People occupy a unique niche in Dragon Ball lore. Their small numbers and tragic history echo the fates of other nearly extinct species in the franchise, yet their abilities and story arcs have carved out a memorable presence in the expanded universe.
