Super Saiyan Rose Full Power

Full Power Rose follows the same conceptual logic as Full Power Super Saiyan. Rather than escalating to a higher numbered tier with its associated drawbacks (particularly the stamina drain of the third tier), the user refines the base form to its absolute peak. Every ounce of divine ki is channeled with maximum efficiency, producing the highest possible output that the base Rose framework can sustain.

In Super Dragon Ball Heroes, this form serves as an alternative progression path for Rose users. Instead of climbing through Rose 2 and Rose 3, the user can push their base Rose to Full Power, gaining a significant boost without the time-limited nature of the third-tier forms. The trade-off is that Full Power Rose likely does not reach the peak output of Rose 3 but can be maintained for much longer.

Visual Distinction

The form is distinguished from standard Rose primarily through aura intensity and color saturation. The rose-pink becomes deeper and more vivid, and the aura takes on a more substantial, almost tangible quality. The user's presence becomes more imposing, communicating that they have pushed the form to its limits without fundamentally changing its structure.
