Overview

Put together by the Police Force under detective Naomasa Tsukauchi, the Hideout Raid Team gathered the country's leading heroes for one job: dismantle the League of Villains and bring Katsuki Bakugo home. The unit was affiliated with U.A. High School, debuted in Chapter 86 and Episode 47, and disbanded once the operation ended.

Role

The trigger was Bakugo's abduction by the Vanguard Action Squad. Naomasa put out a general call to powerful professionals and assembled them to breach the League's base in Kamino Ward, Yokohama, with a planning session held the night before the strike. U.A.'s staff helped sell a deception for the cameras, Principal Nezu feigning total ignorance of the plan at a press conference the villains were certain to be watching.

Two squads went in. All Might headed the group hitting the primary hideout to extract Bakugo, while Best Jeanist's squad moved on the Nomu Factory to choke off reinforcements before they could reach Tomura Shigaraki.

The opening went cleanly. Edgeshot drew the villains' attention, All Might smashed his way inside, and Kamui Woods pinned the lot of them, with Endeavor and the police sealing the exterior against escapes. At the second site, Best Jeanist's people bound the Nomu without difficulty.

Then All For One intervened personally, a rarity for him. He arrived at the factory, broke Best Jeanist's squad outright, and warped the Nomu across to the main hideout, where the resulting chaos gave him the opening to pull every villain plus Bakugo back to his own position. With the rest of the heroes tied up, All Might headed for the factory alone.

The rematch between the two ran alongside a scramble for Bakugo, whom U.A. students snatched back before All For One warped Tomura and the others clear. All For One held the upper hand until Gran Torino, Edgeshot, and Endeavor reached the field. Backed by them and by the thousands watching the broadcast, All Might put him down.
