Saitama's parking-lot bout with Forte ends when the Blizzard Group barrels in by car, and Fubuki whisks Saitama off to intercept a Tsukuyomi agent buying access to the captured Psykos. As the esper probes his prize, Fubuki recalls the school days that turned Psykos toward exterminating humanity.
Saitama and Forte head to a parking lot to settle their quarrel, wagering that the loser must mind Overgrown Rover and Black Sperm, with Chain'n'toad and Butterfly DX looking on. Forte launches into his rhythmic fighting style, ignoring Saitama's warning about a car speeding up behind him, and is promptly struck and knocked cold. The vehicles belong to the arriving Blizzard Group.
In an underground garage, a mysterious man is greeted by three Hero Association staffers. Fubuki senses him and summons Saitama, who, assuming he has beaten Forte, foists the two monsters onto Butterfly DX and departs with her group. The staff lead the stranger to a cell holding an unconscious Psykos, waive her human rights for a hefty payment, and let him do as he pleases. Calling her a valuable sample for advancing Tsukuyomi's research, the man draws close, but the name Tsukuyomi jolts Psykos awake and she lashes out with telekinesis. Revealing himself as an esper, he blocks her assault and knocks her out with a psychic blow.
As Saitama and the Blizzard Group descend by a large elevator toward Psykos, Fubuki dwells on their confrontation during the Monster Association crisis. Psykos had furiously accused her of sealing away her powers back in their student days and obstructing her once more. Fubuki recalls how Psykos, within their old Society for Supernatural Research, had proposed wiping out humanity, a notion Fubuki rejected, seeing her as an enemy and finding it hollow to reign over an emptied world after surpassing Tatsumaki.
This 175th chapter belongs to the Psychic Sisters Arc and carries the Japanese title Hōmon-sha, kept by Viz as Visitor. It partly adapts webcomic chapters 77 and 98, and its cover features Fubuki.
