Eleph is one of the intelligent High-End Nomu built by Doctor Kyudai Garaki and stored in the lab beneath Jaku General Hospital. Shaped like a humanoid elephant and engineered purely for power, he is among the secondary threats unleashed during the Paranormal Liberation War Arc.
Bulk defines him. Eleph is a heavy, obese Nomu built along the lines of a humanoid elephant, and three glowing lines trace his trunk, the first running from his exposed brain to the tip. Two more sit beneath a pair of angular eyes, each carrying three glowing diamonds strung in a line. Tiny feral pupils eventually surface in those eyes, most likely red like Hood's, and his spine pushes out prominent vertebrae in the same way. Once his Arm Bulk Up Quirk kicks in, arms already thick with muscle swell further and turn ropey with veins.
Almost nothing is established about him as an individual. Like the rest of his batch, he wakes up hungry for a fight and wastes no time looking for one.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Kyudai picked him deliberately, choosing a subject he could shape into a Nomu devoted to raw strength and little else. When the heroes raid Jaku Hospital, Kyudai moves to escape with Tomura Shigaraki using Johnny's Warping Quirk, but Mirko crashes into the lab first, killing Johnny by accident and stranding the doctor. Cornered, Kyudai wakes five High-End Nomu, Eleph included, to drive Mirko back while he tends to Tomura. Under Woman's improvised command, Eleph piles in with the rest to hold the hero off. Pro Hero reinforcements eventually swamp him, and when Tomura finally awakens, his Decay wipes out Eleph along with every other High-End.
His power is respectable by Nomu standards. Two of his Quirks work on his musculature, and a single grab tore a fistful of hair straight off Mirko; despite the size, he tracked and kept pace with the No. 5 Hero well enough to land that hold. Super Regeneration, standard to all High-Ends, let him heal from whatever he took. His unnamed Elephant Quirk supplies the silhouette, the heavy muscle and the trunk, adding a third limb for grappling and probably sharpening his sense of smell, while the unnamed Arm Bulk Up Quirk swells his arms enormously and drives his grip to that hair-tearing extreme.
Eleph is one of the intelligent High-End Nomu created by Doctor Kyudai Garaki and kept in the lab beneath Jaku General Hospital. Shaped like a humanoid elephant and built purely for raw power, he is unleashed as a secondary threat during the Paranormal Liberation War Arc.
Eleph has two Quirks tied to his musculature, an unnamed Elephant Quirk that gives him his trunk, bulk, and a third grappling limb, and an unnamed Arm Bulk Up Quirk that swells his arms and grip to the point he tore a fistful of hair off Mirko. Like all High-End Nomu, he also has Super Regeneration to heal from damage.
Eleph is killed when Tomura Shigaraki finally wakes up during the Jaku Hospital raid and unleashes his Decay quirk, which wipes out Eleph along with every other High-End Nomu in the room. Before that, he had been fighting Mirko under Woman's improvised command to protect Kyudai Garaki and the recovering Tomura.
Eleph fights the Pro Hero Mirko during the raid on Jaku General Hospital, joining four other High-End Nomu under Woman's improvised command to hold her back. Despite his size, he tracked and kept pace with Mirko well enough to tear out a fistful of her hair before Pro Hero reinforcements overwhelmed him.
Eleph was created by Doctor Kyudai Garaki, who deliberately picked the subject and shaped him into a High-End Nomu built for raw strength above all else. Garaki stored him and his fellow High-Ends in the lab beneath Jaku General Hospital until he woke them to fend off Mirko.
