Nomu (Hosu)

Each of the three is built to a different grade, and their bodies advertise it. The upper-tier specimen is a near copy of the creature that struck the U.S.J., except that its face carries no eyes at all, and battered trousers with shin guards are the only clothing on it. Ranked between them is a pale-yellow one whose back sprouts bat-like wings; talons finish its hands and feet, a pair of eyes sits on either side of its exposed brain, and something resembling breathing gear covers its mouth. Last comes the lower-tier creature, whose skin runs pale green rather than the usual shade, with four eyes jutting up from the brain above and torn trousers cut off around the calves.

Their deployment follows a failed recruitment. After Tomura Shigaraki and Kurogiri fail to bring the Hero Killer, Stain, into the League of Villains and the meeting turns hostile, Tomura demands from his master the means to destroy him. All For One answers that six replacements are in production and permits the use of half.

Turned loose, the creatures tear through Hosu and the Pro Heroes defending it, Manual among them. The pale-green one crashes into a bullet train mid-fight before Gran Torino drives it back into the road, and Endeavor arrives as it begins striking civilians at random. It throws Hellflame back at the No. 2 Hero, then pairs Muscle Augmentation with its tongue web, forcing Gran Torino to finish it with a Jet-powered dropkick.

Sidekicks pin that one down while Endeavor turns on the other two, who outclass an entire group of professionals until he intervenes at the last moment. Hellflame cauterizes the eyeless creature's head so completely that Super Regeneration cannot rebuild it. The winged one runs, is wounded during the chase through the city, and loses its hostage. Once the U.A. students finish their fight with Stain, it seizes Izuku Midoriya and makes for the sky, only for Stain to lock it in place with Bloodcurdle and kill it.

Supplementary material implies the winged creature was once Tsubasa, a childhood friend of Katsuki Bakugo glimpsed in Izuku's memories, and a grandson of the Nomu's creator, Kyudai Garaki.

Raw physical power is common to all three. Together they overwhelm several Pro Heroes at once and leave heavy damage across the surrounding district.

The four-eyed creature carries three Quirks. Absorption and Release sends emitter attacks back at whoever fired them, though the initial hit still lands on it. Muscle Augmentation swells its muscle mass. An unnamed third power stretches its tongue out into web-like tentacles. The winged one owes its flight to an unnamed Quirk that grows a pair of wings from its back. The eyeless one relies on Super Regeneration to replace lost limbs, a power that fails the moment its cells are burned.
