
The Divine Soldiers were fifty Birkan warriors who fought for Enel as part of God's Army during the Skypiea Arc. Goat-like in look and manner, they were led by the priest Yama and armed with Axe Dials that fired invisible blades of air.
Save for Yama, every Divine Soldier was bald, with odd pendulous growths hanging on either side of the head and a pair of small, sharp horns sprouting from the crown. Their uniform ran to a head-to-toe white robe with loose white trousers, a white toga cinched at the waist, and a red collar fronted by a golden ring, all of which lent them a goatish cast. Brown sandals and a set of shooters rounded out the kit.
The soldiers carried themselves like goats, often bleating their words as they spoke. Devotion to Enel and his priests ran deep among them, though one broke ranks and turned on Gedatsu after Chopper saved his life.
