Kashii is a giant of the Giant Warrior Pirates who, paired with Oimo, stood watch over the front gate of Enies Lobby for half a century. Tricked by the World Government, the two eventually turned on their handlers and became staunch allies of the Straw Hat crew.
Towering and heavily muscled, Kashii leaves his arms and chest bare, draping the rest of himself in Viking-style gear. An orange and black kilt fastened with yellow buttons is held up by orange suspenders, and tall black boots climb partway up his shins. Dark hair falls long around a chin marked by a partial beard.
His most striking feature is the helmet, colored orange with a tan brim and ringed by tan stripes. A central tan ridge supports a crest of pale blue frills shaped like a mohawk, flanked by a pair of small horns. A broad axe is rarely far from his grip.
Devotion to his captains defines Kashii. He was prepared to spend a century laboring at Enies Lobby simply to win their supposed freedom from Impel Down. That same loyalty curdled into fury once he grasped how thoroughly the World Government had deceived him, and he rose against them without hesitation. Like several figures in the world, he carries a signature laugh, his being a booming "Gubababababa".

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...
Kashii sailed with the Giant Warrior Pirates under Dorry and Brogy, and remained loyal long after the two captains began their endless duel on Little Garden. Roughly fifty years before the present, he and Oimo set out to learn why their bosses had not come home. Marines seized them along the way and fed them a lie: Dorry and Brogy sat in the government's prison, and only a hundred years of service guarding Enies Lobby would buy their release. The pair agreed and held the gates faithfully for five decades.
When the Franky Family, Straw Hats, and Galley-La foremen stormed the island, Kashii and Oimo fought them off until a coordinated assault brought Kashii down. While he lay unconscious, Usopp revealed the truth to Oimo, that the captains still lived and freely fought their duel. Enraged by fifty wasted years, the giants switched allegiance and tore through the island's defenders, guarding the courthouse and hurling Sogeking up to rejoin his crew. Battleship cannons seemed to kill them at the front gate, but Paulie's ropes saved them, and they later helped rebuild Water 7 before departing for Elbaph.
Years later the two reunited with Dorry and Brogy and rejoined the Giant Warrior Pirates for the Egghead rescue, where Kashii defended Sanji from Nusjuro and was felled by both Nusjuro and the Vice Admiral Doll. On Elbaph he faced the Knights of God's invasion, watched in horror as Imu forcibly turned his captains and crewmates into demons, and was forced to flee when proximity to Thormann threatened to convert him as well. Wounded, he later guarded Chopper and Gaban, and was stunned when Chopper's monster form struck the demonic essence out of a comrade, restoring him.
Oimo and Kashii are giants of the Giant Warrior Pirates who guarded the front gate of Enies Lobby for the World Government for fifty years before switching sides to fight alongside the Straw Hat Pirates.
After Enies Lobby, Kashii and Oimo helped rebuild Water 7 before returning to Elbaph, where they later reunited with their captains Dorry and Brogy and rejoined the Giant Warrior Pirates for the Egghead rescue and the fight against the Knights of God's invasion.
Yes, Kashii is a giant who originates from Elbaf, the giants' homeland on the Grand Line, and he returned there after his time guarding Enies Lobby.
Kashii, alongside his fellow giant Oimo, guarded the front gate of Enies Lobby for fifty years under the mistaken belief it would free their captains Dorry and Brogy from Impel Down.
Kashii turned against the World Government after learning it had lied to him, since his captains Dorry and Brogy were never imprisoned and had instead continued dueling freely the whole time, prompting him to fight the marines and government agents at Enies Lobby.
