Appearance

Kelly stands at a modest height, barely topping out near his brother Bobby's chest, a fact that fuels his temper. Red star tattoos run over his left shoulder, and he leaves his chest uncovered. His black hair falls in a scruffy mess with a wavy lock rising off the front. Red gloves and striped trousers in black and red round out his look.

Personality

In a fight Kelly turns brutal, hammering foes well past the point they have collapsed and ignoring everything around him. Any hint that someone has called him a midget sends him into a violent rage, and he scans constantly for the insult. He is also treacherous and thankless, repaying his rescue by Luffy's crew with a scheme to sell out Luffy and Law for Doflamingo's bounty.

Abilities

Trained as an assassin, Kelly fights with boxing and could reportedly bring down pirates valued above 100 million berries. His punches land with blinding speed, striking again before the previous blow lets a foe drop, though Boo exposed his thin endurance by dropping him in one hit. His Devil Fruit, the Jake Jake no Mi, lets him become a full-body jacket worn by another person, commandeering that wearer's body and strength. He has Bobby wear him so his own speed and ferocity merge with Bobby's bulk. At the colosseum he and Bobby tore through C Block and beat Boo, until Sai knocked them both out with a Hasshoken kick. After being turned into a toy and freed, the brothers betrayed Luffy's group with a false tunnel and were cut down by a Doflamingo string clone.
